As some of you know, we have started training at Sinbis new Muay Thai Gym in Phuket, Thailand in the beginning of February. Our 10 guest rooms were not 100% finished and while Sing was in Korea for his K-1 fight could not be finished, so we delayed the official opening date as to not disappoint any visitors.
Now that Sing is back from Korea, we have finished the guest rooms as well. Our official opening date is now March 1st 2007!
We already have several beds in our guest rooms occupied by students who arrived in the past 3 weeks. We train two times a day and already have 4 trainers in the gym as well as Sinbi himself as the head trainer. He is joined by Kaolan Kaovichit, one of Thailands most popular champions, Giat, Sinbis long-time trainer from the gym Sinbi lived at for 12 years in Bangkok, Pet and Dee. (see trainers photos in the Gallery) So at Sinbi Muaythai Camp you can be sure to receive the best training possible since we not only have the real champions working for us in Phuket Thailand, but also the very same trainer who is responsible for Sinbis success because he trained Sinbi for many years.
See the video of Sing winning his K-1 KHAN quarterfinal fight on February 18th in the Olympic Park stadium in Seoul, Korea. Sings opponent is Korean fighter Kim Yeon Jong.
