A typical training day in Thailand for Sing would look like this  Practicing kicks on the heavy bag
0600 wake up 12km run streching for 10 minutes shadow boxing for 10 minutes kicking bag for 30 minutes working on the pads (punching & elbows) for 30 minutes grappling for 30 minutes sparring 3-5 rounds 500 knees (on the bag) 200 sit-ups
shower eat breakfast, typical healthy thai food relax, listen to music, sleep wake up 1330 eat a little bit 6km run streching for 10 minutes shadow boxing for 10 minutes kicking bag for 30 minutes working on the pads (punching & elbows) for 30 minutes grappling for 30 minutes sparring 3-5 rounds 500 knees (on the bag) 200 sit-ups
Only on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays: sparring (boxing) shower eat dinner go out to the boxing stadium to watch students or trainers fight sleep at 2200  Practicing kicks with a trainer
